Poor visibility. We had booked a boat with a glass roof. We sailed on a boat that was covered with a gray tarpaulin. So we couldn't really see much. Wine and cheese were very tasty. Staff very nice.

We travelled by bus and ship. The most remarkable thing was earphones. In Amsterdam they are the best. You hear everything was is spoken by the story-teller. Buses are usual. Not much information, as everywhere. Boats are good, but the roof is not transparent, like some ather boats have, so partially you loose view of the city. We visited Amsterdam on a rainy day, so for us it was a good opportunity to see the city without damaging our health.

The canal boat was good however the bus tour had several issues; 1) Long wait. Had to wait for a second bus because the first bus was full. Waited a total of 1 hour for a bus to tour in. 2) Audio tour did not operate from stop 1 thru 4. We had to repeat the stops to hear on a different bus.

It took us about two hours to get ON a boat. The 'live' app is rubbish. Only two boats operating on Easter Monday (out of possible 4). The staff (near Rijksmuseum were helpful and friendly but) had no more idea about timings than we did. They kept posting times (albeit estimates) but the boats didn't come. Commentary, once you do manage to catch a boat is great. Found the bus trip a bit dull, doesn't really go anywhere very scenic.

The tour was more for my boyfriend, he also thought the tour was guided and would have much preferred that. We think if we had a guided tour or at least the option to choose and learn more about the stadium/ football history, the tour would be great. We walked around at our own pace but it was too quickly and we didn't learn much. Overall it was a good tour but could be better.

Canal Cruise
- The time slot you choose is for entry to the Amsterdam Icebar. In order to book a slot for the cruise, please show your voucher at the cruise operator's office located at Damrak 26, Amsterdam.
- You can go for the canal cruise at any time on the date of your booking. However, make sure to check in at the boarding point 30 mins before departure.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 8 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
